Regains:

G.R.A.P.P.L.U.H. (Wrist-mounted grappling device with a sticky wad of gum in place of a hook. Don't underestimate the strength of this gum - Numbuh One once held on to a moving aircraft from the outside using this.)

J.E.T.A.B.O.O.T.S. (Combat boots with jets for flight built into the soles, which are activated by clicking the heels together.)

S.C.A.M.P.P. (Ray gun powered by a lantern and magnified by a lens - think burning ants with a magnifying glass, but in gun form.)

S.P.I.C.E.R. (A device made with a hair dryer and a chili pepper that functions as a fiery heat ray gun.)

Sousaphone (A musical instrument similar to a tuba.)

Rainbow Monkey - A stuffed animal that looks like a friendly blue monkey with a rainbow atop an antenna on its head.

Trading Cards (renewable) - Booster packs featuring a yellow dog with a red nose. The game is called "Yipper Card Squadron", a strategy-based collectible card game where two players can play champions to attack the opponent or use buffing cards to increase their champions' attack power. A player's champions are collectively called a squadron, because the Yipper champions are dogs flying planes. The archetypes in this game correspond to various breeds of dogs, such as dobermans or spaniels.

Personality: A tiny, bald, British badass, Numbuh One is organized, frugal and neat, folds his underwear, and likes to do things by the book: That is, he follows the rules of the Kids Next Door very strictly (in contrast, he greatly dislikes following adult-enforced rules.) He is a serious child, so it annoys him when things get off-track, sometimes to the point where he starts to panic. Luckily, he has strong leadership skills needed to keep his team focused, and spearheads their major operations. Usually, these involve combat with adults who are taking things that tend to annoy children and blowing them up to world-destroying proportions. Kids Next Door, battle stations!

He is a paranoid conspiracy theorist like whoa, often over-exaggerating and making things up when analyzing their adult enemies... and the fact that he's actually correct half of the time probably doesn't help. Strange minds think alike, apparently. But following this vein, he's very suspicious of anyone over the age of 13... although, his parents and his friends' parents are considered mostly trustworthy (I guess families are the result of a child/adult peace treaty, and the parents are quite oblivious to their children's battles against 'adult tyranny'.) He is also aware that not all adults are evil, as the Kids Next Door were concerned about the "Splinter Cell" within their organization who allegedly wanted to wipe out all adults, 'good and bad.'

Never completely will he trust the good ones, though - he'll still jump on one of them if they're acting even the slightest bit suspicious. It goes without saying that Numbuh One is very protective of his team. Each and every one of them is his best friend, and he is mindful of their important details. They're also the only people he trusts wholeheartedly, although he seems to have a close relationship with the Kids Next Door's leader, Rachel, as well. She has often criticized him for being reckless and acting alone, putting his team in front of himself.

Nigel is already interested in girls and tries to be suave, but gets embarrassed easily and tries to hide it around other kids, along with other qualities that might be considered feminine such as liking rainbow monkeys. He still got pushed around a lot by his little "girlfriend", Lizzie. For example, he forgave her surprisingly easily for trying to control his mind with a helmet.... but his team always comes first. He is extremely determined, and more than willing to work overtime, and go on missions even on his day off (or even in the middle of a date, to Lizzie's chagrin - she broke up with him for always putting the Kids Next Door First.)

However, though you might mistake him for mature at times, he is still very much a little kid: he's really afraid of spankings, doesn't know what a bra is, and if he is alone in a room with a samurai helmet, hell yeah he's putting it on, picking up a yardstick and pretending to be a samurai. There's just no other option. He basically enjoys all things kids enjoy; comic books, ice cream, and kicking bad guy butt. Speaking of butts, though, his own is really large according to teasing from the other kids, and he's pretty embarrassed by it.

Although Nigel doesn't trust adults as far as he can throw them, he is willing to work with them for a common goal (preferably after passing a background check) - he made an alliance with a 'comrade' named Moosk, whom he calls the only cool adult he ever met. He has also taken on a rescue mission from a mother without much fuss. Likely this is related to the policy the KND has of generally assuming parents and teachers are good adults.

Sample:

[One eye open tells Numbuh One that this is definitely not the treehouse he usually sleeps in - which is enough to set his paranoia haywire, jumping up with a high-pitched gasp, and then landing on his feet atop the bed with a bounce that is admittedly very satisfying. Still, an operative waking up outside his sector is obviously super-bad and dangerous. He searches his clothes for his D.E.C.O.D.E.R.A.N.T. only to find that the communication device is missing as well.]

Very suspicious... No weapons either. I'll have to improvise with what's around.

[He casts wary eyes on the VCR and old TV. Old technology means old people. That reeks of adult influence. Not that he expected any different... but for now he makes his way into the hall to look for weapons. Instead, he finds portraits, which are creepy... too many teenagers, but a few kids, and of course, himself. He makes a face at that, wondering who in the world painted it, but he's determined to keep an eye on his objective and makes his way into the dining room. The vending machines are a sight for sore eyes, and he gets a soda. He'll hold onto the bottle to make a proper S.C.A.M.P.P. but for now, mentos and coke is the plan. He's fought with less - now he can search the castle with a bit more confidence. And by confidence I mean unnecessary stealth tactics, dodge rolling behind plants and keeping a sharp eye out for the people from the portraits he now expects to be here.

Overall, though, the dreadful impression he's getting of the castle is that it's entirely too fancy. And that? That reminds him too much of an enemy he's faced far too often.]

I know you're behind this... Delightful Children From Down The Lane. Trying to brainwash the kids in the castle with the help of a few teenage goons, are you? Well I'm on to your games... oh yes!! You can't fool an agent of my caliber-

[Stopping in his tracks, his voice trails off as he looks all around him.]

Strange, they'd usually come out with some taunting by now. Hellooo? Delightful dorks? Are you frightened or something? Hurry it up already, jeez!
